I wouldn’t try to eat here. The website shows that most of the shakes, the custard, and the fries contain wheat and gluten. You can get a beef patty and something the drink, but that’s about it.

I’d eat here again with caution. My daughter is celiac and when we asked about the gluten free bun, they looked it up on their computer and told me it was labeled as having wheat. (?) So we got the lettuce wrapped burger. Next time would just order without a bun, my daughter liked the patty on its own. I am gluten sensitive and ordered the GF bun - but was served a regular bun, so that was a miss. The vegan shake is the only one that seems to be celiac-safe, as it’s prepared separately from all the others, and it’s tasty!

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Very yummy and the staff was nice. I got the Shack Burger and when it came out, they labeled which burger was gluten free. I also ordered fries which were delicious!

GF bun is great (they actually heat it up for you) & ask if it’s an allergy or a preference. The fries I’ve been told are now GF in their own fryer, but I’m not a big French fry person so I haven’t checked.
Yes
I eat here frequently and LOVE their GF buns. The fryer isn’t dedicated but I’ve never had a problem with the fries!

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
