Shake Shack

Every time we go here, all the servers are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. My (Celiac )son loves the gf burgers and has never gotten sick. The shake shack sauce does contain gluten so I always ( though I probably don’t need to) remind them to hold that.

I got glutened :/ Im having a rough morning and after 30 minutes of eating I had abdominal pain. Would not recommend for Celiacs.

I'm always excited to find a place with gluten free buns! They are not a dedicated gluten free kitchen, but I'm excited to be able to eat a Shake Shack burger!

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.

Sensative Celiac, ordered GF bun,with other non-GF family order. Mine wasn't marked, but was figured out. Next day, No problems & I also had their fries.
