Staff were great, happy to get labels (Mayo and Ketchup were safe as of Mar - Jun 2019) there is a dedicated fryer (this is not in all Shake Shacks in Doha - festival city definitely do not have one). I’ve been there a few times and haven’t been sick. I always order a double or more and I find I get hungry without the bun. The burgers are fairly consistent too.
