Review of Shakers American Café

Came here interested in the GF French toast and was told while they CAN make it, the bread is small so it’s not the best. Maybe they changed bread since the last persons review? I decided on create your own omelet with egg whites, spinach, bacon, and goat cheese (since I cannot digest dairy) and the waitress confirmed they make their home fries in house and can guarantee they are GF. Small spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Pretty busy street for outdoor seating but I prefer car noise over clanking dishes and others talking so it worked. I will add details on food after we get it.
