Most of the food is regular gluten free aside from the pita and two entrees, I could eat everything my table got. They subbed the pita for cucumbers. They asked before taking our order which was great. While they don't have a technical GF menu, they did have one that was marked up by the kitchen.

Shalom y’all is so honest and considerate with gluten cross contamination! They make their pita in house so there is definite possibilities of cross contamination, but they said the Baharat chicken kababs, my favorite, have never caused a reaction for their celiac customers. They recommended removing the fried onions to prevent cross contamination
