Review of Shambala Ancient Grain Bakery

Had a strange, and worrisome experience today. Went and the server quickly asked if we had celiac, when we answered, “yes.” We were told the flour used is contaminated and is not safe for those with celiac. I asked if it was a temporary, accidental contamination, and although the explanation wasn’t super clear, it did not sound like this was a short term or temporary problem.

This is the first we have heard this, but I’d rather concerning for an establishment that is gluten free.
