Review of Shambala Ancient Grain Bakery

Just walked out of there. Really good food. We ordered the Fish and chips and the Ruben. Both delicious items, although I didn’t know that the Ruben was vegan was still delicious. My girlfriend is celiac and I’m allergic to soy, so for us to find this Mecca in the middle of Mnt Vernon was amazing.

The down fall is that the front of the house workers need a little more training. They were not able to answer simple questions about the menu and for some reason my Ruben ticket didn’t print and the worker forgot about it. Besides that a really good place to stop by and get some lunch and coffee or a Ghost fish IPA.
