SO GOOD!!!!! as someone with celiac and a dairy allergy, this place is the best! one of the best brownies i've ever had. My gluten-eating friend even tried a carrot cake cupcake and said it was the best ever

Shana Cake has a dedicated GF store, with a fairly wide variety of baked goods. The dinner rolls are insanely delicious, and the sweets are perfect. They are knowledgeable, and avoid many allergens in their products- not just gluten. The lemon blueberry muffins are my favorite.

I can even tell anyone how good it was there was a whole section of cake cookies and muffins they were all gluten free dairy free soy and almond free it was awesome!!!!!

My experience here was great! I was on vacation, so finding a place like this was so special for me. We had a variety of different items, and they all tasted great. I did not feel like I got glutened. If I go back to Topeka I will definitely visit again!

My kids and I come here every other week. We love all their treats and the staff is really friendly. I’m the only person in my family that has to eat GF, but all of us love it. My son even said he wants his birthday cake to come from here, rather than having a gluten-containing one from someplace else! I have to really limit my sugar intake for health reasons, and their mini cupcakes (without the frosting) are perfect for this.

Delicious!! The opening hour is actually 10 am, but the owner was there and opened the doors when we got there at 9. We tried a couple cupcakes, a lemon raspberry cake, a Swiss roll, snickerdoodle cookie sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie sandwich and a muffin. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the treats.

It almost brings me to tears to walk into a bakery, be able to get anything there, and have it be absolutely delicious. I drive over an hour to another city to stock up on ShanaCake treats and it’s totally worth it! So thankful for this place!

I am always so excited to find gluten free places... Especially ones as delish as this! The cupcakes are so dang sweet! I had a swiss miss before I even got home! Blue berry muffins for breakfast!! Everything I have missed! Pizza dough, pasta, breads and cakes... Omg... And if you call them ahead of time and ask for a vegan option.... They will hook you up too! I will make the drive just for this place!

I had an amazing experience contacting Shana Cake to ask what would be closest to a caramel cake for my mother’s birthday compared to their menu. I am the only celiac in the family. Micalah was so amazing to work with and so excited to experiment with a new flavor she hadn’t worked with before. She did a great job. My mother loved the cake and cupcakes I got for her and our entire family. I loved them as well and had no issues whatsoever.

Shana Cake is AMAZING. The bakery is a dedicated facility that is free of gluten, dairy, casein, soy, corn, nuts, GMO's, preservatives, artificial flavors & artificial colors. If you're in Topeka, don't pass up the opportunity to stop by and grab some goodies. They offer a daily selection of treats and often have many egg free (vegan) items too. You can also place a custom order and pick it up in store. This is by the best GF bakery we have ever been to. Their items are so good, you'd never know they are gluten free. My family members who do not have any dietary restrictions, love their products as well.

Always an amazing assortment. Anything you want that isnt ready can be ordered and you can call the day before for specialty items. They even have pretzel bites!

Bought 2 donuts, a cookie, a mini banana bread and a loaf of bread. All were delicious but the bread was especially exceptional. I also thought the bread was a great value at $8 as it’s a large loaf. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!

Dedicated gluten-free bakery! Delicious cupcakes! My kids loved it and we sampled several flavors! My fav was probably the cinnamon cream cheese, but the strawberry lemonade was delicious too! Really, they were all good!

my friend who knows that I have Celiac surprised me with gf chocolate donuts from this bakery. They were delicious!!! I can't wait to visit her store.

Just tried her goodies for the first time today. I sampled her French bread, chocolate chip cookies and a snicker doodle. They were all yummy!!! But my favorite was her strawberry cupcake which was amazing!!! I can't wait until she opens her bakery.
