Review of Shane's Rib Shack

I have a severe case of Celiac, and usually have no issues when eating at Shane’s, but at this location I ordered off the Gluten free menu and when the food came out there was a large slice of Texas toast on top of the pulled pork🤦‍♂

I sent it back, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t fix a new plate only removed the bread, causing a flare up later in the evening.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?
