no gf menu but knowledgeable of gluten when you talked to right person.. items cooked with out soy sauce had great flavor

I will begin by swing that the group of celiacs enjoyed our late pad Thai lunch at Shanghai. However I was totally mislead by findMeGlutenFree.I asked for the gluten free menu and was told they didn't have one. I followed the previous reviewer's list of gluten free dishes to pick something, The man called over to help us could only conclude that it had to be a dish without soy sauce. Is the app wrong or did we get the wrong servers? Celiac friendly? Should be sort of. Rita

Many Gluten Free Items: Crispy Fried Tofu, Crispy Spring Rolls, Singapore Rice Noodle, Pad Thai, Velvet Chicken, Chicken or Shrimp Chow Mein, Deep Sea Treasures, Sizzling Triple Delight in a White Sauce, moo goo gai pan just to name a few. One of my favorite places for take out, delivery or a nice dine in restaurant.. Quiet and quite elegant.
