GF- All meatballs are gluten free but not a gluten free establishment. When we spoke to the cook he warned that cross contamination is possible but they try their best to keep everything separate. Sister has a mildly severe celiac diagnosis and she ate the snack cup with squash spaghetti and the rosemary potatoes (the later of which are first baked and then separately fried in a pan) and was good to go with no issues!
Overall! Sharkie’s was a DELICIOUS stop for lunch. This antibiotic, hormone free, grass fed and local pasture raised meat option offering establishment is a great place to pop into when shopping on tinker street. Awesome rosemary potatoes and slaw offered as sides. Meatballs are well portioned. 4 women each got 1-2 meatballs and split two sides and where happily content!

Sharkie’s is wonderful! Everything I have had there has been delicious! I used to go before I found out I had celiac. Unfortunately, their sandwich rolls do contain gluten and are handled in the same area as the gluten free meatballs. Their website also says the kitchen contains soy, nuts, wheat, dairy, meat and other ingredients that share the same cooking equipment as the rest of the food.

Without hesitation, one of the best meatball/marinaras ever. The meatball-and-veggie bowl is amazing.....tender gluten-free meat, sweet non-acidic sauce, and glorious vessels of cooked veggies. The spaghetti squash (in place of pasta) is a great GF option, and does not taste like a sacrifice....it is remarkably tasty and tender enough to compliment the meatballs. The owner is such a great host as well....Flavorful, friendly, and convenient. Go now. Go. Right now. Seriously. If they're closed, just wait for them to open. It's worth it.
