I feel very safe at Sharko's. I asked about gf items & he changed gloves, cutting board and opened a fresh meat to ensure no contamination. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have celiac and I’m pretty sensitive to gluten. I have had no issues with the pulled pork, ribs, pickled cucumbers. I’ve had them on three occasions.

Emailed owner several weeks ago. Informed him of my celiacs and asked what would be safe to eat. He did reply quickly. He was very nice and stated everything is GF except a couple items. Went tonight for dinner, I ordered and watched the assembly line of food. The young man chopping and slicing the meats then assembled the sandwiches and passed them down the line. I informed my wife I wasn't eating here and cancelled my order. The family still ate theirs and enjoyed. It is great that the selection of GF is vast but food handling allows for a high chance of cross contamination.
