Sparse gluten free options. Chips and candy. A few cooler options like salmon and chicken. Coffee and pop. No hot options that we could find or wanted to chance.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The only gluten free option is a bowl of roasted vegetables. Just bring your own food.

As of April 2022, there are very few GF options in the cafeteria. One can have roasted vegetables, fruit, or chips. There is no grain bowl place that we found, no gf pizza.

Knocking off one star for lack of entree options. I could only have one entree from the cooler, but that might be a restriction during Covid.
The grain bowl I had was really good, though! Lots of protein, very tasty. There were also fruit and chip options available. No symptoms after eating

I had the quinoa bowl with chicken and red pepper flakes. Tons of flavor!! Super impressed with this option inside an aquarium as options are typically just meh.

They had a variety of tasty Chipotle-type bowls and GF crust available for Pizza. I was assured that precautions would be taken to prevent cross-contamination. They were busy but managed to keep my meal safe!
Yes
Clearly marked GF items. I had the GF pizza with pepperoni. It was made in its own aluminum foil tray. The man running the station changed his gloves and was knowledgeable as soon as I asked about GF options.
The cafe also had nachos and lots of fruit and snack options. Great experience!
After touring the aquarium we stopped in to the cafe to find something. I was sure I’d end up with a chocolate bar and a soda since everything wouldn’t be available for me to eat. Wrong! I actually had a real lunch, pizza!! We watched them make it. Very careful, specifically using separate trays and tools designed GF. To top it off, it tasted great. I got to enjoy yummy pizza while admiring the lake view without getting sick or eating vending machine food. Thanks guys!!

Yes they have a gluten Free Pizza, it goes on it's own plate and the staff was careful with it.... right up until they used the same tool to slice it they used on the gluten pizza, instant cross contamination. Sorry, great try.
No
The restaurant in the lower level had 10” crust GF pizza. They were careful with making it and was surprised how good it was. My non-GF husband and one son thought their pizza wasn’t so great. But my Celiac son and I loved our pizzas!
They offer a 10” made to order personal gluten free crust pizza. It was delicious crust. They don’t have dedicated kitchen space but they prepped it on its own aluminum pan and sent it through the oven on that to prevent cross-contamination. Takes about 10min to wait but worth the wait. They also have a great chicken Cobb salad and Neumann’s Own dressing choices. Not a huge selection, but definitely things to eat if you are celiac or gluten intolerant. Fingers crossed I don’t get sick now. :)
