Sheetz is a great place for a quick bite.
Just like Wawa, salads are the saving grace here. I’ve found reviews that the fries are GF and didn’t have any problems after eating them, but couldn’t find any specific GF issue on the Sheetz website or in the store.

Fries aren't in a dedicated frier like they are in other Sheetz locations, sadly. There were a few prepackaged gluten-free options. I ended up not getting any food here, as I didn't want to risk it after hearing about their frier.

Wrapped no bake peanut butter cookie that is certified gluten free. It is located in the case with their donuts, however it's in a separate dish below the donuts. There are some other to go gluten free options, like guacamole and chips, hard boiled eggs, and celery and carrots. I know that the MTO tater tots are GF. Not sure if any of their food is celiac friendly.
