Review of Sheldon's Service Station

When I told the cashier I had Celiac, she got the manager Matt. He guided me on what to order. I ordered the Sheldon's Benedict, which was Gluten free on menu. Then the chef, Chad came to my table and suggested modifications since I have Celiac. I tested my Benedict, made with hash browns instead of latkes, and my Nima Sensor tested them gluten free! And it was so good!
