Shellys is your one stop Deli/Sandwich Shop/Caterer gluten free or not! Friendly and knowledgable staff will go above and beyond taking extra care for the people with cross contamination sensitivity. Anything they have on their menu they can make gluten free. Be aware most times it is better to call in if you need something fried in the gluten free fryer as it is not always on during the day and may need some time to warm up. Best gluten free restaurant in the area hands down nothing compares!
