Shi foo offers a ton of gf options! The food was made fresh to order when we requested gf! The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and offered to make almost everything on the menu gf. It was delicious! Reminiscent of Panda Express from when I could eat it! I highly recommend this place.

I have eaten here multiple times and have never gotten sick. It's located near Big League Dreams Chino Hills. The food and quality is always delicious and the staff is very accommodating when you explain you need gluten free.

Had the made to order gluten free orange chicken. Almost brought tears to my eyes it was so good.

Updated: I got sick. Tried this place again two years later just to be sure and I’m having reactions again. I’m a celiac. :( It was tasty though.

So excited to find GF Chinese food, especially orange chicken! Portions are big, I had leftovers for the next day and even some left after that. I was a little hesitant because I went during the lunch rush, but it was no problem helping me out. Definitely coming back.

I Have had celiac disease since I was a year old now I’m 58, I have been eating here for a couple of years now, the gluten-free food is delicious, the people running the place are knowledgeable on gluten free items and I have not gotten sick. I recommend this place for your gluten free food, great variety.

The food was good but while they had a specific “gluten free” menu I now suspect that the Walnut Shrimp was not breaded in a GF panko. When I asked for GF soy sauce the girl seemed confused and eventually brought out a to-go cup (I was eating in) of what she said was GF soy sauce but I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. A day later and I’m definitely glutened. Won’t be back.

OBSESSED. New favorite place to eat. I have allergies to gluten and dairy. Went into Shi Foo and not only is the staff extremely nice and knowledgeable, the food is out of this world delicious! Got the GF beef noodle, GF chicken fried rice, GF jalapeño chicken, and GF orange chicken. All dairy free as well. It's been years and years since I've had good Chinese food and this was amazing. My husband said the GF is the best orange chicken he's had, ever. Currently eating leftovers since I live over 70 miles away. Prices and portions are also great!

AMAZING! My wife's friends Jackie told us about this place for the longest time. We went there and talked to one of the managers. Aaron (manager) is very knowledgeable about gluten and Celiac disease. Won't be the last time we drove up from La Habra to get some Chinese food.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant.  It is hard to find a place that knows what gluten is, let alone is well versed in all of the sauces containing gluten- especially Chinese.  When you have food allergies like I do, it is so reassuring to find a place that you can trust.I was thrilled when I saw Eric's new gluten free menu today, including dishes with gluten free soy sauce.  He made me a special off menu dish that was way too tasty to be gluten free, but it was.
