Review of Shimizu

Went for our anniversary and I called ahead. They told me that they had a gf menu and the sushi vinegar was gluten free. I didn't get sick. I used to love eating here before my celiac diagnosis. I asked if they cross contaminated and the woman reassured me they did not. We also sat at the sushi bar so I watched carefully.
