Shin Shin

I am hoping not too many people find out about this place because it is some of the best/ most creative/ well executed sushi I have had and I have been to some of the best in California/ New York/ Chicago.

They take GF allergies seriously and if you sit at the sushi bar you can chat with chefs about any concerns while they make it. Truly fabulous!

— Excellent

We lucked out and got to eat here on their opening night! We had a seat at the bar, which is where the sushi chefs do their work. This means that you can watch them and see what they're doing in real time, which is great if you need reassurance that every precaution is being taken. They have gf soy sauce. Although the menu doesn't have any gf indicators, they will make pretty much anything gluten free if you ask. They were very kind and understanding. Every time the server or chef served us, they specifically said "gluten free", which was comforting. Definitely get the Akami Tuna if you're looking for a light, refreshing dish! A really cool addition to Teton Village!
