So I came here based on the reviews below and can’t say I had anywhere close to the same experience…
When I got to the counter and explained my allergy and asked my normal questions the owner said they don’t change gloves “or anything like that”. He said “we’re not like that here”. Couldn’t give me a clear answer on cross contact.
Bottom line, he said “if it’s severe, I’d prefer that you not eat here”. While I appreciate the honesty, I have to give this a one star despite previous reviews. Maybe new ownership or staff change?

I ordered the Shiraz Shish Kabob with rice and no naan bread, and it was great! Their rice is very flavorful. I have ordered multiple different meals there and all of them are delicious! I think everything aside from the naan and Baklava is gluten free. They are very good about answering questions and making modifications to accommodate dietary restrictions. Everyone is so kind!

My celiac son eats here often. For his graduation he chose to come here. We have lots of celiac in our family. We ordered items from 5-9 menu items . Tell the owner no bread. Just rice
allergy.
The other non CIA's had the man bread which is made fresh. The tezekki sauce is awesome and made fresh daily! Food was delicious. They have vegan and vegetarian. It is casual dining. Was able to accommodate us. We brought our own gluten free dessert in and he was cool with that it was very affordable. No alcohol though.
Food was outstanding!!!
It was order at the counter and pick up at the counter. Not fancy but super accommodating.
Great experience!!!

We eat here all the time and very few items other than the bread have wheat in them. They allow any diner to choose rice or bread as a regular option. The rice is some of most flavorful I have ever eaten, so do not imagine you are getting second best by choosing the rice. The owner's wife can tell you the ingredients in anything. The chicken and lamb kabobs are to die for. They do not have a dedicated frier and are not a gluten free facility but we have eaten here frequently and never had a problem.

We had the beef and lamb kabobs with vegetables and a side of rice. Food was very good. The owner was knowledgeable and flagged our order. My celiac husband did not get sick.

My husband and son both have celiac disease. The man behind the counter, who said he doesn’t normally work there but was helping his family out, was a naturopath physician who also had celiac! He was able to tell us what was celiac safe and what wasn’t (he recommended that we not get the dolma)- we all ended up with meat kabobs and rice. My husband and son had no ill effects and the food was delicious.
