We spoke to two gentlemen about my Celiac issue, and they pondered the situation for a while. The server figured out what I could eat and suggested a soup and main course. Both were delicious, and neither caused any ill effects. Coincidentally, our amaizing server, born in Lebanon, used to work in a restaurant in the same town in Southern California where my wife currently works!
