I don’t love sushi so they made me a gluten free teriyaki stir fry and it was great!! Gluten free soy sauce available for the sushi too.

— Excellent

They were good about changing gloves and seemed to understand cross-contamination. I’m pretty sensitive to cross contamination but I didn’t get sick. It was delicious and most of their traditional sushi was gluten free (all gluten free items are clearly marked on their menu).
