My son and I have celiac’s. I told the waitress. When the chef came, he had no idea so I told him. Major cross contamination occurred right before my eyes. It was a disaster. The only way to truly make it celiac safe is if the entire table agrees to be gluten-free, but we were sitting with people we didn’t know. I won’t go back.

Yes. Waiter was pretty knowledgeable about gf. Brought out the gf soy sauce when I enquired about a different gf item I didn't order.
Most of the sushi, much of the Thai portion of the menu, and several other items are all gf. Even some of the desserts.
It is not a dedicated gf Restaurant so there may be SOME cross contamination but they did use a clean space for the meal.

This is not a celiac safe resturant. I am a sensitive celiac and I did not feel safe ordering from there. However my non-celiac friends ate there and said it was very yummy and good variety of Japaneese choices. Also very fun to watch the chief cook at the table. My rating is not a reflection of the food but only of how safe I felt eating there as a celiac, for non celiacs with no gluten allergy I think it would be a fun resturant.

Bring your own gf soy sauce and hand it to the chef, and he will chop chop chop a good meal!
They will cook it all separately where applicable...

Good for gluten free hibachi style. Been here a few times and always good food and aware of gluten allergies. Sometimes they have GF Soy Sauce, but they have had them taken off the tables, so bring your own just in case.
