They have a plethora of GF sushi options. We confirmed there is no wheat or soy sauce in the rice (some places do), so just had to avoid anything “Crunchy” or “Tempura”. The staff was very kind in working with us to make sure we avoided any sauces made with soy sauce (The Eel sauce, for example), and even proactively returned and remade a roll when they realized it had eel sauce on it before serving it. They said they can also accommodate GF needs for their Hibachi, so we are looking forward to trying that next! Not dedicated GF.
