The only sushi place I know in the Tri-Cities that seems Celiac safe. They also have good Chinese food as well, and friendly knowledgeable staff.

They do not offer a separate gluten-free menu. My server was able to help me find something that could be prepared gluten-free. I was told that the cook was quite familiar with gluten-free cooking. They also brought out Sanjay gluten-free soy sauce for me. I would dine in there again.
