My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac in the last month and this is her favorite place to eat out. I called to ask a manager if they could accommodate CD but the manager was not available. But it was okay because the person answering the phone already knew their CD protocols. When we arrived, they had a hibachi grill they’d specifically cleaned and saved for us. The manager talked with us about what items they could provide GF (pretty much everything except the noodles and soup). They had gluten free sauces and cooked all of the gluten free items before anything else that may have caused cross contaminated. I’m sure if you’re very sensitive it could go wrong, but they seemed to really do their best and we had no stomach issues.

Although they don't have a dedicated GF menu. I told the server when we walked in. She then told the cook that came and cooked in front of us. She reminded him in front of me. He then cooked my food first with gluten free soy sauce and didn't cross contaminate to the other food on the same grill due cooking mine first. Awesoke experience.

The server was extremely helpful and checked with the kitchen to make sure that my food did not contain any gluten. She helped me make informed decisions about what to order.
