Not safe. I was glutened.

They do not have a gluten-free menu... just guidelines... kind of. The waitress did say that the manager that used to work here and that did have celiac was no longer here so it was not as safe as it used to be.

They do not have a separate fryer. And they do tell you that.

Shortes has award winning brisket and ribs with a variety of gluten free side dishes like brocoli slaw, smoked wings and tater tots. Their sauces are all gf and a fantastic variety to choose from.

The servers are friendly and will ask you additional questions about GF ordering to ensure there are no issues.
