Very accommodative to gluten free allergies.Gave heads up that we were staying at the lodge and they baked us fresh GF bread, and made a GF chocolate torte for wife's birthday. A real Ponderosa experience!

Wow! What a treat. They made us gf bread and a wonderful chocolate torte for my birthday. They even made gf pancakes for the morning trail ride. They are more than happy to help if you call ahead. They need to bring everything in so don't just surprise then with your gf needs.
