Review of Shoyou Sushi

I am crazy sensitive and every time we come here they are very attentive and mark the container gluten free. I literally can see them change their gloves and clean their work surface and knives. Never been sick, and it’s great sushi!

They will make rolls gluten free for you and are very accommodating. Just make sure you tell them you have an allergy - they take it very seriously.
