Review of Shu Sushi Ramen & Grill

The waitress was really nice and tried hard. I don't think anyone has a clue what gluten is at this place. They gave me the "gluten free" soy sauce in a bottle not marked gluten free and told me that it was gluten free, but they just refill the bottles from larger containers. How can one be sure it is really gluten free???? I did not eat the soy sauce at all. I would be hard pressed to eat here again.
