Shumi Ramen

I was glutened here. :(

LOCATION, PARKING Great location for CV locals! Private parking lot and in a space shared by an ice cream spot, a poke spot, Mama Cho's Korean BBQ, and T4. They have cafeteria style dining and some outdoors as well.

FOOD AND SERVICE Shumi Ramen does a really good job of accommodating gluten free! I arrived and asked about the gluten contents of the broths and noodles-- sometimes the broth has soy sauce in it at ramen places, which isn't gluten free. Once they understood the dietary requirements, they were happy to help me pick out a broth and noodle that would work for me.

I thought the food itself was pretty good-- not the most amazing, but flavorful broth and generous with the noodles. I was disappointed at the quality of the beef-- very chewy, most of it was not nice to eat/hard to eat.
