I am a sensitive celiac and have eaten here several times without issues, but it does take some work. Most of the servers have not known about gluten free, but I have had one or two who do. The sushi chefs do know how to keep things safe, though. Stay away from tempura rolls and eel, as those they couldn't make safely. Anything prepared, like my duck I had, can be made with their gluten free soy sauce. I did learn something new from these guys - miso paste. Not always safe. Their sushi chef is the one that alerted me and advised against their miso soup. Things aren't obviously marked but you can get a safe and very delicious meal here with a little extra attention.

My son is GFDF. Server seemed very knowledgeable about allergies and took care to make sure he could be accommodated.

The staff is friendly and has a great sense of humor. I am a highly sensitive Celiac. I have eaten Sushi there at least 30 times over the past couple of years and have never been sick. They have Gluten free soy sauce for the sushi.
