Bar Harbor has some limited options, but I think you could make this work as a celiac. I did twice. Ask detailed questions and they are helpful. They made me pad Thai twice. Nothing can be fried, fryer is not safe, so tofu is gluten free but NOT fried tofu— potential pitfall. Safest is probably veggie option. They will use a new pan to cook it if you request. I did not get sick but questioned them extensively and explained what I needed. They were very nice. Sticking with curry or pad Thai is probably your best bet.
