Sichuan Chinese Restaurant and Hot-Pot

They were able to point me to the dishes on their menu that are naturally gluten free (like the pad thai) but unable to alter dishes to make them gluten free. I originally wanted to order the General Tso chicken with no breading, but I'm guessing the sauce is pre-made and doesn't have a gluten alternative.
