They use GF oat milk and Monin syrups in coffee drinks. They use organic fresh fruit in smoothies, gluten free peanut butter powder, and fresh local honey. Their flourless pastries are made in a facility where gluten is used, so would avoid if Celiac. Had a great experience with the staff!
