I asked them if they would cook their noodles separately for my dad and I, who both have Celiac. They were happy to accommodate.
Update: they have changed their ways and confirmed to me 10/10/19 that they cook the rice noodles separately now, everytime!
Yes
Do not eat here if you have celiac disease. I asked some questions and they cook all of their noodles, including rice noodles for items labeled gluten free, in the same water as other noodles.
No
Their food is fresh and delicious! I cannot remember going there without having to wait 10-15 mins for a seat, so give yourself that time. Their gluten free fried spring rolls are delicious! And their rice noodle pho is so fresh and amazing! To top it off, they have frozen desserts that are like ice cream, but just fruit, so healthier- and they are delicious too. Finally, a restaurant that has appetizers, a main course, and desserts for GF people! It truly is a little slice of heaven :)
