Great sandwich. To make the grilled sandwich celiac, they used gluten free flatbread and prepared it separately. They wrapped it in foil before putting it in the panini press. They took it out of the foil and into parchment paper to serve to me

They explained their process of minimizing any risk of cross contamination and ensured everything was clean and fresh! The gluten free roll was delicious, even my gluten eating husband said it was really good!

So amazing. The sandwhiches are delicious. So so so good. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac. The changed their gloves, cleaned all surfaces, used fresh utensils, etc. I highly recommend!!!!

Great gf subs! Also have a dairy allergy, staff alerted me to cheese in pesto, suggested an safe gfdf alternative for my sub. Wrapped gf sub in foil to heat on grill to prevent cross contamination!

All subs can be prepared with their GF buns, which were delicious. Personnel is prepared about Celiac disease, they changed gloves and cleaned workspace before preparing GF subs

Staff was knowledgeable and very willing to accommodate my dietary needs. The gluten free bread is soft and squishy, just how I like it!

Ordered a sub on their gluten free bread and they asked me if I would like it prepared in a dedicated spot with new utensils, so they can prepare it in a separate space which is great. I think they make their own gf bread, which was tasty with a nice light crunch on the crust. Would definitely go again if I lived in the area!
