A gluten free for all!

Loads of pastries, cakes, donuts and what looked to be savory treats as well. There was a wide variety and everything was clearly marked with allergen information. We ended up going around 10am on a Saturday and there was still a solid selection despite being busy! Minimalist, airy, hipster decor let you know that you what you saw was what you got!

However the cakes are very dense. We tried cakes from here a few time. I wish they found a way to make them more moist.

This was my first stop on my most recent visit to the Twin Cities. I tried the cinnamon roll, snack mix and purchased a loaf of cinnamon raisin bread. Safe to say next time i’ll be putting in an order for more next time.

How refreshing to step into a bakery where everything is celiac safe! The cheddar cornbread muffin was my favorite, a perfect balance of savory and sweet. We also had the pumpkin bar and maple donut, both were delicious. Love that they also have full loaves and bake-at-home trays!

So so good! I would especially recommend the donuts, spiced pear cake, seasonal flavored drinks, and if you’re there on the right day my absolute fav - warm fresh pretzels with cheese sauce.

Super pricey but love it! Pro tip: check the freezer for packs of stuff if you don’t need a variety, slightly cheaper per item. Never been sick of course. Tasty!!

Fully gluten free and celiac safe. Also good for other people with other allergies because they have detailed information on every item. It does get busy but can order ahead online! My favorite items were the chocolate donut and the amazing focaccia.

First time here, oh my gosh I loved it! I ordered the lemon pound cake with blueberry frosting it was sooo good I couldn’t believe it was gluten free! I also got the snack mix and AMAZING! Chex mix is my favorite snack and since finding out I had celiac I’ve missed that snack so the snack mix was just perfect for that replacement!

I love this place. I visit nearly every time I’m in the cities and I have always enjoyed it. They label everything that contains eggs, dairy, or nuts and have plenty of options without any of those ingredients. They have a great selection of both sweet and savory treats as well as a freezer with items to take home. My favorite things are the soft pretzels and scones but I haven’t had anything there I didn’t enjoy!

Delicious treats and coffee! This is one of my favorite spots and have yet to be disappointed with their array of gluten free food.

So, this place is dedicated gluten free, which is great, and you can’t really go wrong with baked goods because they’re full of sugar. HOWEVER, this is the kind of place where the donuts and the cinnamon buns are basically the same pastry in different shapes. Fine. You’ve got me. I want a “donut”-ish thing so I’m going to eat it. But I’m not excited.

Pastries, muffins, etc are great, bread is terrible and saturated with oil. Service is really subpar - employees act annoyed and uppity which, considering the mediocre level of the products is completely unwarranted lol.

The food is good, service is subpar.

- The blueberry and rhubarb thyme muffins are fantastic! The lemon poppyseed muffin just tasted like almond and was disappointing. - the donuts are dense. I’ve enjoyed freezer donuts more. - the cupcakes/cakes are great. My favorites are lemon and vegan chocolate (tastes better than regular chocolate) our cake lasted almost a week! - the frosting is mixed. The strawberry and vegan cream cheese are so good while the mocha had a weird after taste.

I ordered a dozen cupcakes and a cake for my wedding. The GF guests loved them!

The service is the worst part of if Sift. They were very rude to our best man who picked up the already paid for order for our wedding. They’re especially rude if you’re not wearing a mask (I always put one on when they hand me a mask, I just don’t have any on hand anymore). Frustrating and I don’t know that I’ll go back anytime soon.

Such a treat to find an all gf place while traveling! Personally found an item or two to be a bit dry/dense. But otherwise the flavors were great and it was nice to have so many options. I recommend!
