The food was fabulous and service top notch. The waiter was knowledgeable about Celiac and told me not to worry she would make sure I didn’t get sick. One of my favorite restaurants.

I cannot rave enough about our experience here. We visited for my daughter’s birthday, who has celiac. I had noted that when I made the reservation. The waiter was not only knowledgeable about cross contamination, he also assured us that he had spoken to the chef and pastry chef. He reviewed the menu with us and advised which dishes were GF (which were most). This is a pricey place but worth every penny for special occasions. They even had special offerings for their between course items for my daughter. She had a wonderful time without having to worry about a thing.

I cannot say a enough good things about our experience! When making our reservation I made a note that there was one gluten free guest. The waiter mentioned that when he first greeted us and told me everything I could have on the menu. It was a good portion of the menu. He double checked with the chef on a few items for us and when they brought bread out to the table they only served my Husband. We will be back for sure!

I went to Signature and spoke with the waiter about my celiac disease. He was very familiar with celiac and gluten free. He went through the entire menu with me and told me how the chef could prepare each item gluten free. The chef also sent out special gf appetizers for me. Signature was very accommodating. The food was the best I’ve ever had in my life and I did not get sick.
