Silbermann's Ice Cream

Talked to the owner after diagnosis, he seemed knowledgeable but said the ice creams are all produced on shared equipment and that he wouldn't have it if he had a sensitive case of celiac, so we don't go there anymore.

The lady was able to tell us what ice cream was gluten free, asked if it was a gluten allergy, gave a gluten free cone, sanitized the scooper and cleaned between uses. I felt comfortable and she was very knowledgeable with Celiac. I will be back.
