Brought out gluten food TWICE. When they finally brought out my order the third time, it looked gluten free but I got sick the next day. Never going back.

They said it was gluten free. I was really sick the next day. My supposedly vegan soup smelled very strongly of fish sauce, so I didn't eat it. Good food, but I'll never trust them again.

Specifically placed an order so as to avoid all gluten. Had the kitchen followed my order, it would have been safe. I explicitly said that I had a wheat allergy (to ensure that the kitchen would take it seriously), and when we got our to go order, it contained fried tofu, despite my EXPLICITLY telling them to leave out the fried tofu due to a wheat allergy

I think I'll avoid this place in the future. Definitely nice wait staff but our waitress didn't seem too confident on non-obvious sources of gluten (soy sauce etc). She did bring over the oyster sauce they use (which was very kind) and it looked fine via ingredients but I then looked up what HVP was and that can be derived from wheat. I had the pumpkin soup and tofu and veg soup and the stomach cramps began about 20 minutes after eating. Be careful.

WONDERFUL flavors adjusted to your selection of 1 -10 for heat. I had the lunch green curry it was perfect at 4. Good friendly service, ably worked with gluten free requests

I've eaten here many times. Rice noodles and GF sauces are readily available. No specific GF menu, but staff are knowledgable. I'm celiac and have never had a reaction.

I have ordered gluten free multiple times at Silk Elephant. The staff take it seriously and will pinpoint items on the menu that are GF.

I love this place. The menu is huge and if you tell your server you need gluten free they will go over menu options and will accommodate by using gluten free sauces. I was surprised at just how knowledgable and accommodating this place was--it even had gluten free on my receipt!
