They have gluten free bread/rollls. Service is fine . There is a high chance of cross contamination. I have eaten there or ordered and gotten sick. Not worth the risk

Knowledgeable about celiac disease. They use a separate toaster for GF bread. Have good GF options on their menu.

I had a Ruben! It was great! I had no reaction. They cook food that is gf in separate pans and are very good about it! No gf menu but have buns and super accommodating!

I had a delicious Reuben and cole slaw today with no reaction. No gluten free menu but they have GF rolls and bread. Be sure to ask the waitress to make a note that you have Celiac and can’t eat gluten, the kitchen will cook your food in a separate pan. Thankful to have found a great option for breakfast or lunch.

The Silo is a great location for breakfast. I’ve been there (4) times in the past (2) months and have found that each server is very aware of gluten free needs. They use a separate grill for gluten free items and offer GF bread or sandwich roll with many menu items. Enjoy this place!

I got a breakfast sandwich (eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon on a hard roll) and being from Jersey I really missed a good egg sandwich. Was so happy with my meal, no contamination. Although the toast and roll are their only gluten free options except for omelettes, it was one of the best breakfasts I've had out in a very long time.

waitress very knowledgeable about gf. made sure gf bread was toasted in separate toaster and eggs, are cooked in a pan not griddle. beware the bacon is set upon bread to absorb grease so get Canadian bavon instead which is pan fried and not with regular bacon

Had a delicious BLT sandwich. Waitress was extremely accommodating, even knew not to put mayonnaise on the sandwich as it might be cross-contaminated with crumbs, and went so far as to carry my plate out separately. Will definitely return!
