They had three GF cookies, all are individually wrapped. They were out of the chocolate chip one but I had a Vanilla Bean Shortbread cookie and a Peanut Butter Oatmeal cookie. Both were delicious! I didn’t not have any sensitivity issues.

Really cute and 3 types of gfree cookies baked in a separate facility and pre-packaged. The cookies I tried was delicious!!

The silos is run by Chip and Joanna gains of the show fixer upper. It is a must see in Waco and so cute. It is primarily a cupcake shop but they have 3 types of gluten free cookies to choose from (and pre-packaged so no chance of cross contamination). The cheddar box grilled cheese is in their backyard too
