Options of GF allow for substitution of GF bread. Kids can have GF French toast for a small upcharge or GF Quinoa Coconut pancakes. Service is great.

Unfortunately, it looks like Silver Diner has removed most of their gluten-free options from the menu. They do show gluten-free toast as a substitute but they are using same surfaces for pancakes and omelettes so cross contamination is a problem. Gluten-free is marked on the menu but there were very few items gluten-free other than the ala cart sides. Add that to the fact that someone thought jacking up the music volume was a a good idea and service was extremely slow. We decided to go elsewhere.

Dedicated gluten free toaster for GF bread. Server knew all GF options. Manager stopped by to ensure that we were doing well.
Yes
good food... But I was definitely glutened.
Safe one time, sick the next. Server didn't really understand GF either time. Probably will avoid.
Good gluten free options but I would not go there if you are very sensitive
words of warning: i was pleasantly surprised and very impressed to see silver diner's new menu which features lots of delicious looking meals, like quinoa pancakes, steak, etc. i had the steak which was very good but my celiac symptoms kicked in afterwards leaving me bed ridden :-) i am very sensitive to gluten. i informed silver diner chef of my recent experience and he said they "cater to gluten intolerant and not celiacs." duh. riding on the gf craze? you've been warned. you decide.
No
Gluten free option available and staff really friendly but waffle are frozen section :( still really reasonable thought ...
The menu was clearly labeled and there were a lot of options to choose from. I enjoyed the buckwheat pancakes.

I came here thanks to the reviews on this app. I got the power breakfast with (what I hope was!!!) GF toast. She verified that they have a separate toaster for the bread. But the bread stayed together so well, I'm just waiting for a reaction LOL! The power breakfast comes with sausage patties that are marked as GF. All in all, delicious!

I had a burger with fries. As you all know everyone’s allergies are different. The manager did note that there was a chance of cross contamination with the fries. Which is a standard warning everywhere. I’m usually able to eat fries at all of the fast food restaurants, never had a problem. However, I had a severe allergic reaction from their food. I’m guessing it was the fries. So, if you’re like me and you like a burger with your FRIES (for me the fries are the best part), you’ll want to skip this place. Also, the gluten free bun is tough and has a weird texture. On a positive note, the staff were all very friendly. I had great service.
