I had a layover here last week and was assured I could have a burger on a gf bun and fries were made in a dedicated fryer. The bun looked glutinous and I verified it was gf when it came out. They continued to assure me it was safe. I only ate about 1/4th of the bun l, because I started a feel a little nauseous while eating. And I was severely sick before my flight landed. Needless to say, definitely NOT safe for celiacs.
