Menu is marked with GF. GF bread and rolls available. Because we ordered GF bread, the manager came out to ask if it was an allergy or preference. He was extremely knowledgeable about celiacs disease and very friendly. He explained to the staff at the register when a customer orders GF bread, they should ask. When told it was allergy, he explained the fryer is cross contaminated and that they could provide a salad or vegetables instead of fries. He had the cooks change gloves and said they take all precautions they can for cross contamination (it’s not a GF kitchen). The GF Philly cheesesteak sandwich was great. Will be back next time I’m flying to Baltimore.
