Being a Celiac I am overly cautious about restaurants that are not dedicated GF. Stumbled upon some references to Little America having a restaurant that is safe for celiacs. So, we emailed and spoke with them and felt good. We ate there twice and did not get sick and the food was yummy. Here is the original email response from the manager before we ate there: Thank you for your email. Although we are not a certified “Gluten Free Kitchen,” We do accommodate our gluten free guests. We offer gluten free bread/buns for sandwiches or burger. All Proteins can be prepared gluten free as well as some starches/potatoes and salads. For Breakfast in addition to menu items, we offer gluten free pancakes. I have cc’d our culinary leadership team as well as our Assistant F&B Manager who will be working tonight to make them aware of your dietary needs. We avoid cross contamination but cannot guarantee some outside purveyors do not cross contaminate. Please let the host and server know when making the reservation and dining of your allergies/dietary needs so we can make sure it is properly communicated. Let me know if you require anything additionally.
