Great food but unfortunately the chef confirmed there’s no dedicated fryer so I wasn’t able to enjoy the fries.

SO GOOD! my dad was in town and he took me here, we shared the short rib fries and the actual potato fries were perfectly soft, perfectly crispy, and perfectly seasoned. it was almost like a poutine with sauce and beef and cheese. i only wished there was a bit more of the sauce. for my dinner i had the the blackened trout and the server was super helpful with finding me safe options and mentioned there is soy sauce (unsure if it has wheat) in the braised greens so she pointed me towards the mixed veggies and i opted for that. the cooked apples and sweet potatoes that came with the trout paired so nicely with the seasoning on the fish and it felt like a very autumn-y dish. would go back again for sure and i didn't feel any symptoms, in fact, after all the fresh produce my body felt better! i only give it 4 stars for safety of course since it's not a dedicated gluten free kitchen

Great food. For gluten free just ask. They typically have a few options that are already gluten free but really just ask, they will work with you and the usually have a gf cake as well.

My daughter and I stopped in Baltimore between NYC and DC to meet up with a college friend. This is a place she goes to regularly and had called before we came to see if they had gluten-free options. Some of their dishes--such as the pork--are gluten-free and others they could substitute glutenous items for gluten-free ones. They were very friendly and willing to make adjustments to serve something that was ok for my daughter and I. The restaurant is also VERY child-friendly, so if you're not a fan of being in a small restaurant filled with kids moving around, then it's not a place for you. If you're a parent and would love a great meal WITH your child, then this is your place. My daughter and I got a great meal, while I got to have a great conversation with a friend I haven't seen for many years.
