Some entrees were gluten-free, service was not great but we did receive our food safely and did not get sick. Limited options.

Had a great lunch at the Silver Spur Steakhouse. As soon as we gave them our name at the hostess station, the hostess asked if we had any allergies and then clarified that it was serious.

The waiter brought by a menu and went through it with me to let me know the gluten free choices. There were two starters (salads) two entrees (steak and salmon) and two desserts (fruit cup and a creamy tofu and fruit)

I had the creamy tofu. It came with blackberry sauce, topped with blueberries and caramel popcorn. Crazy combination but it was so good!

The waiter also brought me gluten free bread when he brought the bread for the table.

Definitely a safe place to eat with confidence. If this is the level of service at all the restaurants in the park, there’s no need to worry.
