Review of Sima Sushi

I ordered takeout and they understood what I meant about celiac when I used the word "allergy." We wanted a platter to share (one celiac in the family) and they weren't able to adapt the whole platter, but they were careful to put the GF sushi and sashimi on one player and the gluten-containing ones on another, and they provided GF soy sauce and regular BUT separately and they were clearly labelled. The food was delicious and I would absolutely order again.
